Eastyle’s 4-Step Factory Testing Process

Step 1 - Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)

Every key component - mainboard, SSD/HDD, 4G/5G module, GPS module, Camera interface and power board - is verified against our approved vendor list before production begins. Batches that fail electrical or functional checks are rejected immediately.

Step 2 - 24-Hour Aging Test (Burn-In)

After assembly, each unit runs a continuous 24-hour aging test under simulated vehicle power (DC 8-36 V with ignition cycling). This screen exposes infant-mortality defects such as power-supply instability, storage write errors and abnormal temperature rise before shipment.

Step 3 - MIL-STD-810G Anti-Vibration Testing

Units are mounted on a vibration table and subjected to MIL-STD-810G procedures that replicate years of rough road, engine vibration and shock. Connectors, storage modules and solder joints must remain fully functional after the test, guaranteeing long-term stability on real vehicle routes.

Step 4 - Full-Function Verification & QC Sign-Off

The final stage validates 4-channel HD recording, remote live view, GPS tracking, G-sensor triggering and platform communication (CMSV6 / fleet platform). Only after every test passes does the unit receive a QC inspection record and ship.
